ACCOUNTANT -DUBAI (RETAIL INDUSTRY)-AED.4500/-PM

We have an urgent position as “ ACCOUNTANT–CUM-LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE (FEMALE) to be based in DUBAI with a leading Group having business interest in High End Fashion / Luxury Retail with operations spread across in UAE/ QATAR/ BAHRAIN / SAUDI ARABIA. Salary AED.4000-4500/- PM. The candidates should have minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the Retail Industry in General Accounting and Logistics Operations coordination.

Payments processing:

· Processing Suppliers Payment to the suppliers

· Advising accounts for supplier’s payment process.

· Monthly Expense monitoring for retail stores in GCC, includes account update and fund Transferring.

Reporting/Sales Reconciliation

· Sending sales report on Day to Day basis for all stores (Dubai, Bahrain & Muscat).

· Daily sales report as per the shop report send, reporting to the management.

· Sending Monthly sales report to the clients on monthly basis.

· Reporting / Sending Commission documents monthly to accounts & management.

· Day to day sales reconciliation with systems and with daily sales report received from Outlets in the UAE and GCC.

Logistics:

· Coordinating with international suppliers to make payments (LC/TR/Bank Draft), and managing logistics of goods being delivered to UAE.

· Opening LC’s /DP and all relevant work for supplier’s order payments.

· Addressing all import payment related queries from Bank

Back to School seasonal Assignments

· Arranging seasonal exhibition POS machines for the retail shops

· Distributing all cash rollover changes for all the shops and reserve rollover changes till the season finish when and then required.

· Visiting shops for the sales reconciliation and monitoring.

· School season Cash collection and depositing in the bank and day to reconciliation and reporting.

· Seasonal petty cash reconciliation from all retail and submission to accounts.

· Arranging POS Machines with Banks and resolving the technical issues from the stores by coordinating with Banks.
